If you would like to make a reservation, please firstly contact us by telephone or email to confirm the booking, then complete the booking form and return it to us with the appropriate deposit.
Previous applicants DO NOT required to complete booking form unless there are changes to personnel’s in your party.
THE BOOKING PROCESS IS QUITE STRAIGHT FORWARD
• Telephone or fill in the Online Booking Form indicating the number in your party and the period you are interested in
• A £100 deposit per week is required to reserve the apartment;
• The balance is due eight weeks before the first day of occupancy;
• On receipt of the balance we’ll send you a written receipt and reservation details which will include:
• Directions to the property;
• Key location and handover arrangements
YOUR BOOKING
After making a reservation you must complete the booking form, duly signed by the first named person in the party. The party leader must be over 18 years of age and authorised by all members of the party listed to accept the conditions of the booking on their behalf.
Once the booking form is received, the booking will be confirmed in writing.
Please check the details carefully to ensure they are correct, notifying any changes immediately.
Due to fire regulations the maximum capacity of the apartment must not be exceeded. After you have received the confirmation we have a binding contract agreement.
All matters arising from it are covered by Barbados Law.
SUMMARY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Full payment is required within eight weeks of the first day of occupancy.
PAYMENT- UK RESIDENTS:
• Cheques should be in pounds sterling payable to: Raymond or Janice Bucknor.
• Bank Credits are also possible; please ask for details of our account.
• Credits Cards: we regret that we are unable to accept credit or debit card payments.
• Cheques and bank transfer accepted
Your returnable deposit for cancellation etc will be returned as a UK cheque in pound sterling.
PAYMENT-NON-UK RESIDENTS:
• If you are located outside the U.K., please send a bank draft in pounds, drawn on a U.K. bank.
• Bank drafts should be payable to: Raymond or Janice Bucknor.
• If you send amounts in currencies other than pounds sterling, all bank charges and commission will be added to
your account.
• Alternatively, bank to bank transfers are possible; please ask for our account details.
• Your returnable deposit for cancellation etc will normally be returned as a bankers draft in your home currency,
drawn on a bank in your home country.
Cheques and bank transfer accepted in UK, USA or Canadian currencies. However, an additional charge will be
incurred for the exchange from USA and Canadian Dollars to UK Sterling
CANCELLATION
Should it be necessary to cancel the booking, the cancellation must be made by the party leader. The cancellation will become effective from the date the letter is received. Cancellation fees are subject to the time you cancel.
• Up to eight weeks before occupancy: we will refund payment made, less 25% of the total rental charges due;
• From eight to 4 weeks before occupancy: we will refund payment made, less 50% of total rental charges due;
• Within four weeks of occupancy: no refund is normally made unless under our discretion.
APARTMENT OCCUPANCY
The apartment will be available for your occupancy at 15.00 PM on the first day of your confirmed rental period. You are expected to vacate the apartment by 15.30PM on the last day of your confirmed rental period.
IN THE EVENT OF AMARYL APARTMENT NOT UNAVAILABLE
If the apartment becomes unavailable through reasons beyond our control, you will be informed as soon as possible.
If your apartment has to be changed, everything possible will be done to ensure it is the same standard, offering the same facilities. If a major change is required i.e. moving you to an inferior apartment, then the following option will be offered.
• Accepting the change and a refund in respect of the price difference.
• Cancelling and taking a full refund of all monies paid in respect of the booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
You are not required to pay a deposit for breakage, loss or damage to the apartment during your stay. However, you are requested to report any breakages or damage to the complex manager before you leave. You will be charged for any replacement or repairs.
Once the booking form is received, the booking will be confirmed in writing.

FORCE MAJEURE
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible nor accept liability where we are prevented from delivering our contractual obligation by “Force Majeure”. These include but are not limited to war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes and other industrials disputes, natural disasters, fire, acts of god, terrorist activities, weather conditions, government action or other events outside our control.
Your travel Insurance may cover you in some of these events.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is vital that you have adequate travel insurance for all members of your party to safeguard you from loss should it become necessary to cancel your holiday for an insurable reason. It is your responsibility to ensure you purchase cover that is sufficient for your needs.
IN CASE OF COMPLAINTS
Whilst it is unlikely that you should have a complaint concerning your booking, things do occasionally go wrong. In case of complaint you must inform the site manager immediately so that the matter can be rectified as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with the solution, please make it known in writing.
We will not accept liability for any dissatisfaction or other complaints not reported to the site manager during your stay.
Should the complaint be unsolved before you leave the island, please put your complaint in writing to us within 10 days of you arrival back to your reside country.
No liability will be accepted if the complaint is not received in writing within this period.
THE USE OF THE AMENITIES
The use of the accommodation and amenities i.e. swimming pool, Jacuzzi etc is entirely at your own risk, no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the user or visitor belongings.
Only registered guests are allowed the use of the shared facilities. Registered guests are responsible for any unregistered guest misdemeanour.
